Do you provide certificates of analysis (COA)?

When do orders become confirmed?

Orders are considered confirmed once the contract is sent by the client and signed by both parties. Upon confirmation, we immediately start processing and executing the order.

What currencies do you accept?

We primarily work in USD and EUR. All pricing is quoted in the agreed currency and remains valid for the period specified in the quotation.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept various payment terms including Letter of Credit (LC), 30% in advance and the rest 70% CAD or 100% CAD through bank. Specific terms are discussed during quotation.

What Incoterms do you work with?

We primarily work with FOB (Free On Board) , C&F and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your destination port

What export documents do you provide?

We provide all necessary export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, EUR 1,EUR-MED or Form A , Health Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate.

Are your products tested for pesticide residues?

Yes, all products undergo pesticide residue testing compliant with EU Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs). Test reports are provided with every shipment upon request.
